Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel is delighted to announce an exclusive takeover of Spice Market, the luxury hotel’s signature Thai restaurant, by Chef Prin Polsuk and the culinary team behind one of Bangkok’s most talked about private dining kitchens, SAMRUB SAMRUB THAI. Acting as a second eatery for the almost impossible to book Charoenkrung culinary hotspot, ‘Spice Market by SAMRUB SAMRUB THAI’ at Anantara Siam opens now and runs through October 2021. A similar two-nights-only takeover of the storied Bangkok venue by Chef Prin earlier this year saw the restaurant booked out in a matter of hours. Chef Prin, one of Bangkok’s best loved chefs and an aristocrat among Thai cooks, previously headed Sala Rim Naam on the banks of the Chao Phraya River, before heading to London’s swanky Park Lane to take the helm at Michelin-starred Nahm. His much-anticipated return to the Kingdom saw him leading the Bangkok edition of Nahm onto the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, followed by a Michelin star accolade in 2018. |
