ENJOY delectable five-course set menu this Valentine's Day featuring freshly shucked Gillardeau oysters with soy mignonette, Maldivian yellowfin tuna tartare with avocado and jalapeno, homemade pappardelle with morel mushroom cream and burrata, and a main of either grilled Phuket lobster with Mimolette cheese sauce, black truffle and kabocha pumpkin or Australian dry-aged Wagyu beef rib-eye with truffle mashed potato, onion and tendon sauce. Complete with chocolate soufflé for dessert. Priced at B7,000++ per couple from 6-9.30pm. Guests can stay until midnight as usual.
