Delectable selections for brunch at da Vinci Ristorante Italiano

Located at Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok in Sukhumvit 18 Road, da Vinci Ristorante Italiano is one of many renowned Italian restaurants in Bangkok. And on offer at da Vinci Ristorante Italiano is the delectable all-you-can-eat a la carte brunch. ​

A la carte menu includes dishes like spaghetti frutti di mare (B320++) - al dente spaghetti served with mixed seafood, tomatoes, garlic, white wine and basil. Next up was the carpaccio di manzo (B360++) - thinly sliced beef fillet served with rockets, Grana Padano cheese shavings and a dash of olive oil. 

Must-not-miss dishes include Parma & Rucola pizza (B430++) - fresh-made pizza topped with tomato, imported buffalo mozzarella, Parma ham, rocket salad and cherry tomato. ​

Seafood dishes available are smoked salmon, baked imported Hokkaido scallops with parsley, garlic, butter and bread crumbs; Tuna alla Livornese served with tomato sauce and fresh basil, sea bass acqua pazza and Zuppa di cozze (bouchot mussels) white wine, garlic, parsley and bay leaf. 

For risotto fans, there's the shrimp risotto with saffron and zucchini that you must try. There are also fresh oysters served with shallot vinegar and rye bread.

There's also a cheese and bread corner with selections like Taleggio, Gorgonzola, Pecorino, Parmigiano and many more. 

Dessert were Tortino (B180++) - an order of warm chocolate fondant served with vanilla ice cream, Panna cotta, Tiramisu, Mini mille-feuille, Rum baba, Cannelloni custard cream and more.
