​​PAMPER yourself with the delectable oven-cooked meat and fresh shellfish cooked to your specification. ‘Hit the Roast’ is the new Saturday night themed buffet at Dee Lite restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok.

​Signature dishes
The main menus include a selection of roasted meats including herb pot roast with pork rib soup, roasted rack of lamb with garlic and pepper sauce, and wok-fried roasted seafood in hot basil sauce.

​The star of the ‘Hit the Roast' dinner buffet is the roast and grill menu which include Australian ribs, a whole roasted pig from Trang, Hong Kong-style roasted duck, a whole chunk of Virginia ham, and grilled whole salmon, served as main courses.

The fresh seafood station too is not to be missed. On offer is a large selection of New Zealand mussels, oysters from France readily shucked to order, sweet clams, and fresh salmon, cold cuts, cheese, desserts, ice cream, and seasonal fruits.
 
'Hit the Roast' dinner buffet is available every Saturday evening from 6-10pm, priced at B950 per person inclusive of soft drinks. For children aged 6-12 years old pay half price and for children under 6 years old eat free. 

Atmosphere
The long rectangular restaurant is perfect for the line of food stations. Stylish, comfortable, and contemporary, the setup of Dee Lite restaurant at DoubleTree by Hilton is definitely suggestive of the eye-catching locations of this gastronomic ‘roast’ trip.
