We were mouth-watering when met the special the French roasted duck (950 THB) on this main dish, imported from Pèrigord infused in earl grey tea coming with beetroot, red cabbage stew, radish pickles, orange jus and honey port wine sauce. Don’t forget to try the Grilled Beef rib eye 250g (1,350 Baht) from Australian Angus 270 days grain-fed during sip your red wine.
Last but not least with signature desserts, Melon Bergamot (350 THB) is the best alternative dish for hot weather in Bangkok- melon compressed elderflower, bergamot crispy meringue and wild honey Greek yoghurt ice cream- all of these amazing sour and sweet at the same time. For the different mood and tone of sweet, Almond Millefeuille (350 THB)- harmonious blending texture of Crispy almond tuile, Tahiti vanilla cream and fleur de sel caramel.
