The restaurant does not focus on the view or food alone but also gives guests a unique dining experience with creative dishes from Thai-inspired menus to indulge in. | Signature dishes The Chef recommends menu is a four-course meal delivered family-style with plenty of plates for sharing. The first course consists of smoked salmon rolls wrapped in cream cheese and topped with black Tobiko and wasabi sauce. Next up are the freshly fried tiger prawns served with Thai-style green apple sauce. After the main course, diners can choose between the seared snow fish served with roasted bell peppers and topped with spicy tomato and saffron sauce or the perfectly grilled, juicy wagyu beef flank steak served with baked potato, bacon, and mixed vegetables. The Chef recommends course also comes with fried and crispy bananas topped with almond slices and chocolate sauce and served with panna cotta and mixed berries for dessert.
