​Outback Steakhouse shows off new menus

The Australian-themed premium dining experience presents new sumptuous menus for meat lovers

OUTBACK Steakhouse, a famous Australian-themed steakhouse located on 4th floor of Siam Discovery has become a popular household name when it comes to juicy steaks and other Aussie delights. The famed restaurant is presenting a whole new menu set while still serving its best-loved dishes, this steakhouse is the destination for those craving for a prime quality meal. Diners can now enjoy an array of special offers the creative chef team is cooking up from now until the end of April 2018.

Signature dishes
Started off with the specials which include Spicy buffalo calamari (B349) – crispy calamari smothered in garlic chilli sauce, topped with celery salad and cilantro served with cool, creamy Blue Cheese dressing; Spicy shrimp rice (B369) – spicy rice pilaf mixed with smoked sausage, green and red bell peppers and garlic topped with grilled shrimp and garnished with fresh basil.

Next up is the absolutely must-try, smoky bacon bourbon sirloin (B1,029) – signature sirloin steak with a smoky bourbon glaze and warm, crispy bacon served with your choice of two sides.

​Then followed by the all-time-diners-favourite signature dishes include the Kookaburra Wings (B399 for whole chicken, B269 for half) – selected chicken wings tossed in a special and savoury blend of secret spices paired with Outback’s signature cool and creamy blue cheese dressing and celery with your favourite choices of mild, medium, or hot; the Spinach artichoke dip (B349) – a creamy blend of spinach, artichokes, Monterey Jack, and Parmesan cheeses, baked until bubbly hot and served with crunchy tortilla chips, and the Outback Steakhouse signature dish, baby back ribs (B749 for a full rack, B339 for a half rack) – juicy fall-off-the-bone marinated ribs in Outback Steakhouse’s style where each rack is perfectly smoked, grilled, and brushed in a tangy BBQ sauce and served with Aussie fries.
Desserts were New York-Style Cheesecake – the Aussie-sized slice of premium New York-style cheesecake served with a choice of raspberry or chocolate sauce and the Chocolate Thunder from Down Under – an extra generous pecan brownie topped with rich vanilla ice cream, our warm chocolate sauce, chocolate shavings and whipped cream, followed by the delicious Creme Brulee and the apple pie topped with a gigantic scoop of vanilla ice cream. Absolutely irresistible.
