With an unlimited order of succulent Boston lobsters on the menu, who could deny that this could be one of the best offerings in town

SCALINI Italian Restaurant at Hilton Sukhumvit Hotel is seriously upping their games once again with Scalini Sunday Brunch. This month, Chef de Cuisine Roberto Pinna whipped up fresh new dishes.
After whetting the appetites with the welcome drinks, you can browse and enjoy the fresh buffet items including cold cuts, cheeses, fresh sashimi, lobster bisque, lobster rolls, grilled pork, beef and lambs. For seafood lovers, also available include prawns, king crab, blue crab and oysters fresh and ready for the pickings.
The menu includes a la minute dishes such as scallop served with cauliflower puree, truffle oil and mixed leaves; foie gras served with fig jam, balsamic reduction and toasted bread; homemade Tagliolini lobster pasta; melt-in-the-mouth beef short ribs served with mushroom risotto and aromatic smoked cheese and salmon served with citrus mashed potatoes, squid ink sauce and couscous.
As if all that was not enough, the star of the show has to be the unlimited Boston lobsters. Choose how you like the lobsters from three most favourite menus: chilled or grilled lobsters served with spicy seafood sauce, and the much-coveted lobster Thermidor served with creamy mustard sauce, cognac, hollandaise and melted gruyere cheese hot on the plate.
