COMING straight from the kitchens of the three Michelin Star L’Auberge du Vieux Puits restaurant in Fontjoncouse, France, celebrated chef Gilles Goujon and his team will present their outstanding French cuisine for six days at the Sukhothai Bangkok (March 14 – 19). Expect rich flavours – including some exquisite game, truffle, and cheese from France – and the kind of playful presentation only achievable by a chef at the top of his game. Julien Montbabut at La Vie
THE head chef of the one Michelin Star Le Restaurant at L’Hotel in Paris, France, will take control of the kitchens at La Vie, Vie Hotel Bangkok, from March 23-26. During his tenure he’ll cook up a six-course dinner menu of seasonal and classically French cuisine given his distinctive modern touch. The menu is priced B5,000 per person (or B7,000 paired with wines) and features highlights such as Sea bass, juice of fish bones, cooked on the skin, sweet and bitter salad; and Farm pigeon ‘Devil Sauce, roasted on the chest, varieties of cabbage.

Gilles Reinhardt at Wine Pub
EXPECT French cuisine at its finest when Master Chef Gilles Reinhardt of Paul Bocuse’s famed three Michelin Star restaurant, L’Auberge du Pont de Collonges in Lyon, France, returns to Bangkok for his third guest stint at Pullman Bangkok King Power’s Wine Pub (March 9 – 12). A set three-course menu is B3,750 per person; (or B4,747 with wine pairings) and five-courses is B5,950 per person (or B7,555 with wine pairings).
