Moroccan Celebrations

THE embassy of Morocco in Bangkok recently organized a cocktail reception at Swissôtel Nai Lert Park Hotel to mark the 17th anniversary of His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s accession to the throne. During the reception, Mrs Kamala Sukosol, President of the Moroccan-Thai Friendship Association, was presented with His Majesty’s “Alawite Officer Wissam” decoration, and Mr Suparerk Soorangura was officially appointed as the Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Morocco in Hua Hin (with jurisdiction in the provinces of Phetchaburi, Prachuap Khiri Khan and Chumphon).
