Venice of the East

IN celebration of the 234th anniversary of the establishment of the Rattanakosin Kingdom, CentralWorld shopping center and the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration teamed up to transform the open space in front of CentralWorld into “the Venice of the East,” complete with Thai folk performances and many stalls selling popular products from the city’s riverside communities.
