Blend Bistro opens in style

FEATURING a unique blend of classic dishes from France, Italy and Thailand, and owned and operated by well-seasoned chef Laurent Scire – who counts Michelin-starred restaurants among his former workplaces – the new Blend Bistro celebrated its grand opening in style last month with a night of free flowing drinks and pass around snacks.
