DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider, has recently launched the D-GIVE project to provide supplies and funds to support healthcare workers who have been combating COVID-19 in Thailand.
D-GIVE has provided financial support and donations of essentials such as medical products to frontline healthcare professionals at Ramathibodi and Rajavithi Hospitals, for them to protect themselves while carrying out their daily duties in the battle against COVID-19. In the project, DKSH employees also joined forces together to donate a combined THB 1.1 million to each of the hospitals. Products such as alcohol pads, hand sanitizers, surgical masks, inhalers, dental kits and convenient-snacking items are packaged by DKSH’s D-Pack, an innovative packing system that provides protection for goods stored inside the box. The D-Pack box is durable and reusable which helps reduce waste and impact on the environment.
John Clare, DKSH’s Vice President Healthcare, Thailand and Indochina, said: “During these unprecedented times, DKSH is committed to demonstrating exceptional dedication in servicing customers, clients and stakeholders, so they can provide the best healthcare possible to Thai patients. We do everything we can to contribute, encourage and support those on the frontlines by supplying essential products that will enable them to protect themselves while performing essential role in combating COVID-19. Frontline workers are the true heroes and deserve our most profound gratitude. We would like to ensure they can perform their critical roles while taking care of their health and safety.”
