Glitz and glamour by the river

ICONSIAM Superlux Residence Corporation Limited hosted a glamorous event to celebrate the launch of  ‘The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok’, the first ‘Mandarin Oriental’ branded residences in Southeast Asia and one of the world’s most luxurious residential developments. The 146 highly private residences are situated diagonally across the Chao Phraya River from the legendary Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok hotel in a 52-floor tower at the 50 billion baht riverside development project, IconSiam. The residences are priced at 350,000 baht and upwards per square metre, ranging in size from approximately 130 to 230 square metres. Over 200 guests of honour attended the event, which featured a spectacular light and sound show, a performance by Jennifer Kim, and an opportunity to review show units of the super luxury residences. The project is scheduled for completion within 2018
