All guests attended would have five-course dinner with wine pairings at the resort’s signature Venezia restaurant, where they enjoyed signature dishes from the new restaurant menu launched last month, while Anthony Rocher from Dourthe Bordeaux wine company guided guests through the various wines pairings, giving valuable insight into their characteristics, history and tasting notes. The following day, the experience continued with an interactive session wine class introducing wine in Bordeaux Region and tips on how to taste the wine.
