His Excellency Pat Bourne, Irish Ambassador to Thailand (4th from left), was the guest of honour at the “St. Patrick’s Day Shindig 2023”, which was held at Surasak Ballroom, Eastin Grand Hotel Sathorn Bangkok. This annual event is organised by the Irish Thai Chamber of Commerce and gives the Irish expatriate community in Bangkok the opportunity to celebrate this special day.
