Mr. Keerin Chutumstid, President, Property & Service Business Group, Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), said: “The ICONSIAM Superlux Residence Corporation Limited and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group have formed a partnership that has delivered an exceptional result. Since this project began, we have strived to create a residence that acts as a beacon for Thailand on the global stage: a residence that showcases architectural, technological, and design features of the finest quality. With exclusivity and status to rival the most sought-after developments around the globe, it is no surprise that our project has received huge interest and achieved huge success.”

Award-winning Hong Kong designer Joyce Wang has contributed to this project’s exclusive prestige, as she has defined a new language of luxury for its residences through careful curation of space, light, and materials. This spatial experience is composed of fully custom-designed furniture and fixtures, sought-after limited-edition antique pieces, and artisanal creations carefully sourced globally.

Externally, the 52-story façade’s graceful lines allude to the classic flourishes of Thai aesthetics, inspired by an entrancing boat ride along the neighboring Chao Phraya River. With each residence benefiting from uninterrupted views over the river, the city skyline, and more than 1,600 sqm of private gardens, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok exudes elegance and magnificence.
After looking around the project’s show units, celebrities were more than impressed. Patavir “Tee” Dechkrittiwat, a celebrity and talented creative/owner of a production house, said the project clearly pays attention to detail, designs everything truly for its residents, and exudes super luxury. He explained that the project’s single loaded corridor, for example, ensures extra privacy. This project, moreover, provides Mandarin Oriental services. The project offers an unobstructed view of the Chao Phraya River that stretches throughout Bangkok,” she said.

Siranuch “Jan” Rojanasthien, another prominent celebrity, said this residential project is really at the best location. “Thanks to this location, the project can fulfill all its residents’ needs in regards to relaxation and much more. When you stay here, you always enjoy a magnificent view. Imagine how happy you will be to see the sunrise by the Chao Phraya River every morning. As this project is also adjacent to ICONSIAM, dining, shopping, and going out are all very convenient. You just need to take a few steps.”
Kasidith “In” Dulyachinda and his girlfriend Natasha “Natty” Chulanond said they felt honored to have an opportunity to attend the launch event. “After a visit to the show units, I can confidently say that the project is truly a result of devoted design and creative efforts. Every component of the units uses the best materials. Interior designers are also world-class. On top of this, the project features a complete range of excellent facilities including private lifts and four automatic parking systems. I am smitten,” he said. His girlfriend added that: “I love the duplex unit the most. It is grand and spacious. A standard unit offers a beautiful view, of course. But when you are in the duplex, the river view becomes even more stunning. This project, moreover, offers privacy both in design and services. When you are here, you definitely won’t think you are in a condo.”

This lauded THB11 billion residential project is located in ICONSIAM, the new 55-rai (20-acre) and THB54 billion riverside Thai national landmark. You may buy its units from today onward. For more information, please visit https://www.moresidencesbangkok.com.
